Dear Colleagues, It gives me great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 3rd ACF International Conference in Vietnam. The 3rd ACF International Conference will be held at the Rex Hotel, Hochiminh City, Vietnam from November. 11th to 12th, 2008. We have received more than 180 papers from 15 countries. Around 300 people are expected to participate in the conference. It is a good chance not only for scientists but also for enterprises/organizations to meet, sharing information, exchanging opinions and finding new business partners. Members of ACF Executive Council and the President would like to call for the participation of enterprises/organizations in the exhibition of concrete-related technologies and products as a way to contribute to the success of the conference and to promote the development of concrete technology. Details of the Exhibition 1. Exhibition Duration: November, 11&12, 2008

Installing: November 10, 12:00-17:00 Dismantling: November12 18:00-20:00

2. Exhibition Fee: 1200USD/Booth (Bank commission fee shall be paid by exhibitor) 3. Exhibition Area: Located inside Rex Hotel (See Figure 1 and 2) 4. Application Deadline: October 10th, 2008

5. Benefits for Exhibitor: Exhibitor will be regarded as a sponsor and will be offered the following benefits: - Trade name of the sponsors will be introduced in the board hanged in the hall of opening

ceremony and plenary session. - Trade name of the sponsors will be printed in the first page of Proceedings of ACF

International Conference. - Trade name and LOGO of the sponsors will be advertised without any fee in the VCA’s

website in 3 months since the day of payment of the sponsor. - Every sponsor will receive 1 invitation letter for attending the ACF International

Conference and the banquet in the evening of November 11, 2008, lunches of 2 days of Conference, Mekong Delta tour and 1 copy of Proceedings of the Conference.

6. Booth Space: Each booth will be allocated a space of 3mx3m（See Fig. 3）

7. Basic Items in Each Booth: Every booth will have 1 table, 2 chairs, and 220V electric source 220V. (Additional items will be considered upon request)

8. Number of Booths: The maximum number of booths is 25. The acceptance of application will be closed as soon as the

maximum number is reached. 9. Location of the Booth: Location of each exhibitor’s booth will be decided by Local

Organizing Committee.
