- 3G network involves many more drive tests and measurements

Radio Network Optimisation Challenges:

compared to 2G network

- KPIs & their baselines to be defined & measured for CS & PS services

- Different types of Hand Over and IRAT tests to check service impacts

- Knowledge of exact point of measurement of KPIs is critical
