3DTrance Limited is an Architectural firm that

started out as a Visualization and Animation

Studio, that is focused on providing cutting edge

design with modern day trends in Technology

and Innovative research in Construction

Materials. We offer Architectural services such

as; Design and Build, Real Estate Service in

Layout Design, Visualization, Presentation,

Walkthrough, Breakers & Animations.

Also Visuals for Adverting Agencies, We work

with all Various Industry, ranging from financial

firms, Architectural firms, Real Estate Firms, Oil

and Gas Industry and also for NSE listed and key

public sector organizations, parastatals and

medium-sized companies.

3DTrance Limited has been conceived

since 2012 in Lagos. Where we started as a

visualization studio from Lagos to Abuja

for real estate firms. In 2014, we then

added our design studio which we designed

institutional buildings for the government.

Later than year we added our animation

department for Architectural walkthrough

& Panoramas. In 2016 we added Augmented

Reality(AR), Virtual Reality(VR),

Holographic Reality(HR) and Interactive

Content for various firms in different

industry.

At 3DTRANCE we visualize both exterior and Interior of all building types. Our clients expectations are always exceeded. Bringing to life

a design from sketch, into a photorealistic medium, so it can be a guide, in which dreams can be brought into reality during

AFOLABI OLALEKAN

Managing Partner

Architect, Project Manager & Visualization expert. He is

our Managing Partner at 3dtrance limited. He has a keen

eye for Graphics, storyboarding critics, an animation lover

and pays lots of attention to details of all sort.

Afolabi Olalekan finished his 1stdegree from University of

Lagos, Akoka. He also finished a master mind series from

NIIT, Victoria Island, Lagos. Innovation Management from

Akure Business School, Akure, Ondo.

Loves Visualization a great deal, thus travels to various

Architectural landmarks to experience real architecture.

A project manager who as managed some projects varying

from school construction, prototype design, estate layout

design, marketing and sales of estates as well as

construction of various estates.

Coordinating professionals to work together to achieve

various works from Walkthroughs, animation, simulation,

construction of elements, product, buildings and exhibition.

AFOLABI K. OMOWUNMI

Financial Director

An experienced financial expert with vase

experience from various industries namely: Banking

industry, Construction material industry and Tax

collection Industry.

She is our Financial Director in 3dtrance Limited.

Afolabi Omowunmi finished her 1st degree from

Cetep City University, Ibadan..

She also has an ICAN certification.

She has worked with various other companies and

has gained lots of financial experience with them.

Also has lot of experience and has being able to

bring in billions of naira revenue worth to her

previous firms. She has a keen eye for details and

ensures the cost management of all our project.

OKUNOLA OLUWASEGUN

Administrative Director

An Experienced Developer and Contractor. He is one of

Partnering Director in 3dtrance limited. Working in

Collaboration with his firm (New Deal).

Arc Okunola finished his 1stdegree from the Obafemi Awolowo

University (O.A.U), Ile Ife. His master’s degree was also

gotten from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U), Ile Ife.

He is a construction expert and has constructed a lot of

buildings varying from banks, schools, Real estate and various

residential building type. A Senior Lecturer in the University

of Lagos, a research expert in the area of how built

environment affect the psychology of its occupant. One of his

research area also focuses, on the influence of various

interior configuration on Lifestyle, and the impact it derives

from its occupants.

He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Architects, and also

participate in various architectural endeavors that impact, the

future trends of contemporary architecture in Nigeria.

AFOLABI FUNMILOLA

General Manager

An Experienced Human Resources Manager, She is our

Talent Manger at 3DTrance Limited.

Afolabi Funmilola finished her 1stdegree from the

University of Lagos, Akoka. Member of the Chartered

Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria.

A business development expert in product development

and marketing, has experience in the Aviation Industry, an

android developer, a jewelry designer and a linguistic

enthusiast.

Afolabi Funmilola is passionate about solving problems

facing the average Nigerian. She believes Nigerian youth

are capable of providing innovative solutions to matters

that affect the society. From affordable housing solutions

to alternative power implementations .

she believes these can be achieved through effective

education of the youth, to empower them to be innovative

problem solvers. She pours herself into these projects, by

collaborating with organizations that have these as their

core objectives.

influences all his designs and solutions. Also ensuring it

soothes and follow our 3DTrance design philosophy and

sustainable research development. Green buildings

solutions , low energy buildings, cultural compatible

designs, economical viable options, cost analysis, social

influence and impact of design approach.

He ensures his teams are on task and that they meet their

deadlines for all their projects.

He finished his 1st and 2nd degree in Architecture from the

University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Have being a various design and build project all over

Nigeria. Ranging from various typology and complexity.

A lover of art, music, attention to crazy level of details.

Excellence management of his team and positive influence

OKEDAIRO REMILEKUN

Building Dept.Head

He is one of our Partnering builder in

3dtrance Limited. Working in Collaboration

with us.

Okedairo Remilekun finished his 1st degree

from Yaba college of Technology, Yaba

(YABATECH) . He has built and supervised

various type of building of various typology in

Nigeria.

He has worked with Acob Engineering Limited

and has gained lots of experience with them.

Also some construction experience from

Archie-Sentials Construction Limited.

A keen eye for details and ensures the

building follows all building codes and

standard. That the construction complies with

the architectural drawings.

AMANA ELISHA

Visualization Dept. Head

An architect and a lover of architectural visualization which

he ensures meet ultra realistic level for our final delivery. He

is influenced by nature and world class visualizer. He is an

exceptional visualizer with keen eye for color composition,

material blend, up to date library of trending furniture and

components.. Also ensuring it soothes and follow our

3DTrance visual philosophy which is analyzed to have the right

social influence and impact of design appeal.

He ensures his teams are on task and that they meet their

deadlines for all their projects.
