SSet-up & Rigging Ensure the screen is tensioned on all sides to give a flat projection surface. For best results a truss frame or similar can be used and then flown or mounted on a ground support structure. To optimise the effect the edges of the screen should not be visible to your audience. Your Holo-Gauze screen should be wide enough to cover the entire stage or viewing area.
AmbientAmbient lighting in front of the screen should be minimal – preferably none. Keep all lighting behind the screen itself (i.e. rig the screen at the front of the stage) this will optimise the invisibility of the screen for your audience.
ConContent Hologauze is unique. It is the only gauze to work with 3D polarised projection systems and is widely used as a 2D hologram effect (content can appear 3D with 2D setup). Please contact HOLOTRONICA for further information and bespoke content creation. Content should be created to appear in the centre of the projection surface and on a black background to optimise the holographic effect.
