WELCOME: On behalf of the James Logan High School Band Boosters, thank you for adding our competition to your field show season schedule! We are filled with anticipation and excitement and are so pleased you will attend!

TICKETS: General Admission: $15 Seniors & Children 6-12: $12 Active Military (with ID) & Children 5 and Under: Free SPECTATOR PARKING: Spectator parking is in the areas surrounding the school. Please be advised to follow all posted signs. Several of the streets immediately next to the school require a special permit and could result in a ticket or towing. PROGRAMS: Programs will be available for purchase for $5, Cash only? CONCESSION STANDS: There will an assortment of great food, drinks, and snacks for participants and spectators. NO GRILLS OR OPEN FIRES ARE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS, STADIUM OR PARKING LOTS. This is a fundraising event and we encourage all participants to support our event by purchasing food at the concession stands in the stadium. Cash Only.
FIRST AID: Please make sure your parent chaperones and student leaders are aware of the location of our first aid station. First aid will be located inside the stadium near the front ensemble performers entrance. BUS/EQUIPMENT TRUCK PARKING: Check the attached map to see what parking lot your band has been assigned. There are a lot of bands attending this show and space is limited. Please try to have trucks and busses arrive together. Please have WBA credentials visible.

ARRIVAL/WRISTBANDS: Wristbands for performers will be given to you in your check‐in packet
upon arrival. These wristbands will allow entrance to the away‐side of the stadium only or designated seating on the home side if available. Directors, Staff, Media, and Pit Crew/Chaperones will need to use their official WBA Credential for admission to the stadium.
MUSIC WARM UP AREAS Warm up can occur in main parking lot area, the basketball courts near the main parking lot, or any open area in the main school campus. Please be aware of the stadium and point away. Percussion, please stay away from quiet zones as far as possible.
PERCUSSION EQUIPMENT/PROPS: Please make sure you have adequate staff and means to assist the moving of your percussion equipment and props to and from the performance area. Please see the Detailed Schedule for Front Ensemble report times on the WBA website. Motorized vehicles are NOT allowed on the field turf at any time. STAFF VIEW AREA/SOUND MIXING: There will be a staff viewing are marked off at the top of the bleachers. Must have WBA credentials visible. FIELD & HASH MARKS: Turf with high school only hash marks. STAGING: See Maps attached below ADJUDICATION COMMENTS: The WBA uses Competition Suite, please make sure you have access before you arrive to the event. WBA ADJUDICATOR & EVENT STAFF: Our parking attendants will lead you to your spot. Please have credential visible on arrival. AWARDS CEREMONY: The awards ceremony will begin at approximately 9:30 pm. Please send your student leadership to the track on the north side of the stadium (near the band entrance). They should arrive as the performance time of the last band.
SEATING ASSIGNMENTS FOR VISTOR STANDS: All participating bands, please sit together in the back stands. Please try to minimize the space each band takes to allow room for other groups.
HOSPITALITY: There will be hospitality provided for directors and staff in the Faculty Lounge in the main campus. See the attached maps. CRITIQUE: Critique will NOT be available at the event. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO: Still cameras (digital or film, professional or otherwise) are allowed into the stadium and may be used from stadium seating. Tripods or other similar equipment that may obstruct the view or path of travel of others in seating areas are not allowed. Any liability associated with unauthorized recordings will rest with the individual or organization making the recording. WBA does not condone, nor accept any liability for, any unauthorized recording during the event.
