The Minutes lrom Construction Site Meeting #1 were reviewed and the following comments were provided in reference to the iterns in the Minutes. 1. GENIVAR has submitted a letter to the Owsn Sound District Office of the Ministry of Environment to receive consent from the District Manager that the works can receive wast€ other than hauled sewag€ and waste agricultural projects to operate the pasteurizer or utilize othef waste feed into the anaerobic dþestar. Cunently, no response has been received from the Dístrict Manager. Once a response is received, a completed application will be submitted to the MOE, Toronto office as well as the Owen Sound distric{ otlice. The application for the Air and Noise Approval was compteted by CHFour and has been received by GENIVAR. GENIVAR will submit the apptication to the MOE. 2, The Chief Building Official for Georgian Bluffs met with GENIVAR to review the contract drawíngs. No major concems were lound by the CBO and the building permit for the project would be issued by the Municipality.
