Environment

to

receive

consent from

the

District Manager

that the

works

can

receive

wast€

other

than

hauled

sewag€

and waste

agricultural

projects

operate the

pasteurizer

or

utilize

waste

feed

into

the

anaerobic

dþestar.

Cunently,

no response

has

been

received

from

the

Dístrict

Manager.

Once a

response

is received,

a

completed

application

will be

submitted to

the

MOE, Toronto

office

as well

as

the

Owen Sound

distric{

otlice.

The

application for

the

Air

and

Noise Approval

was

compteted

by

CHFour

and

has

been

received

by

GENIVAR.

GENIVAR

will

submit

the

apptication to

the MOE.
