Parroquias al servicio de la evangelización;

 STEWARDSHIP THE GIFT OF PRAYER

A true understanding of stewardship begins with prayer. Stewardship of prayer

involves the realiza on that none of us “owns” me. Prayer encompasses all of life

whether aDending Mass, preparing dinner for one’s family, or doing yard work for

a neighbor. Prayer and contempla on are integral to Chris an life because thought determines ac on. The ac ons of

your life are determined by your most dominant thoughts. Whatever you place mental and physical aDen on to will

increase in your life.

A vital benefit of a faith community is collabora ve prayer, whereby you can find comfort,

assurance, and encouragement. The Prayer Line Ministry is part of our mission “to follow

Christ, to serve those in need”. Whether prayers are requested for an impending surgery, loss

of a loved one or someone going through a difficult me, prayers offered by volunteers in this

ministry can be a valuable source of comfort to those in need. You can find Informa on in the

Bulle n if you are interested in becoming a volunteer for this ministry or if you wish to have

prayers said for a personal inten on.

“Rejoice always, pray constantly, give thanks in all circumstances”. 1 Thes. 5:1617.
