The role consists of different work centers that provideaccess

to a range of personalized work lists and services. The“Sales”work center provides a quick overview of critical business processes

and the current workload of sales documents.

The“Customers” work center enables the Internal Sales Representative to reactimmediately to incoming customer inquiries.

The“Order Fulfillment” work center enables the Internal Sales Representativeto execute and monitor order fulfillment.

The“Billing / Complaints” work center enables the Internal Sales Representativeto create billing documents and complaints in a simplified way as well as to searchfor billing documents and track processing status.

single point of entry to all kind of SAP applications.

Problem statement: Customers invested a lot of work in definingcustom-wise fields in their back end. In order to use them also inSales UI these fields need to be shifted to the UI properly and withlow effort

Customer-specific fieldsthat are already implemented in the SD

back-end logicare not immediately available. Using the Enhancement workbench, however, you can declare

these customer-specific fields in the Lean Order-API andintegrate them in the sales process

These customer-specific fields are then available in the fieldcatalogs for the User Interface, so that you can include yourcustomer-specific fields in the configurable sales UI.

Anadministrator is guided through different steps to add

customer-specific fields to LO-API and make them available in thefield selection of the configurable Sales UI
