“HCM” revolutionizes the foundation for aluminium forging parts. The new material o� ers superior strength potential

and corrosion resistance due to improved material features. A better energy balance of the part is achived through

lower energy consumption during production and the inde-pendence from external suppliers. The “carbon footprint” of

the fi nal product will be reduced. With HCM, special alloys for specifi c customer applications can be developed.

INNOVATION OF PRODUCT & ENVIRONMENT“adforge” is a Saxony Bharat Forge innovation. The new manufacturing method minimizes total production costs, safes energy and allows producing complex, non-forgeable parts. The closed process of the casting-forging- procedure enables a better environmental balance than the traditional forging process.

Our qualifi ed personnel provide highest quality in every production step. A continuous quality performance of all BFAT products is guaranteed

by our high standards.

Yearly, we use up to 9,000 tons of aluminium and we reach a turnover of up to 45 Mio Euro.
