This is how it looks and worksAfter registration your clients receive their login details via
emailAn introduction letter explains the methodology and process. Thereafter the
first page on authenticity opens. The reader is introduced to the concept and leadership principle.
At the bottom of each page they can participate in discussions with
yourself as their coach and others on the program
At the top of all pages they can write in their private journal and later review their conversations with
themselves Keeping a journal helps people to be more self-aware and observant, form
and strengthen their identity, work on ideas, clarify and express their thoughts, review lessons they’ve learned, affirm their beliefs and values,
and celebrate their progress over time.
“I write to keep from going mad from the contradictions I find among mankind – and to work some of those contradictions out for myself.” - Michel de Montaigne
The next page in the week-module is an illustration, a model, diagram or story. The image below illustrates the importance of balancing the need to define oneself and
being in touch with others.
The next page guides their self-reflection with questions about their level of personal mastery, their strengths and
weaknesses in relation to the leadership principle
A small assignment for the week ahead will help them to put the principle in practice. Below is an example of
preparation and steps to grow self-confidence.
I can do this!
By the end of the week they will be guided to reflect on their experiences and learning from the practical
assignment
They send you their week’s work
They select any of the remaining topics that interest them. Alternatively you can give them a structured plan to complete the journey according to how you want to coach them. See the 32-bar indicator of progress on
their journey.
