How we charge for newly installedservices
You will be charged rental from the date of theinstallation of the service until the billing date,plus one month’s rental in advance. Note thatthe pro rata calculation applies to all services,except TelkomInternet, where the full month’srental is also charged for the month ofinstallation. You will also be charged once-offconnection fees that will be credited to youraccount if you have already paid them inadvance.

VAT calculation
We calculate VAT per product or service typeindividually. Only the sum thereof appears onthe tax invoice.
How we calculate interest
Interest is charged on all amounts due thathave not been paid on or before the due dateindicated on your invoice. Interest is calculatedfrom the date of issue of the invoice until thedate we receive the payment. We may amendthe interest rate from time to time. The currentinterest rate is 18.00% per annumcompounded monthly.
How we calculate the cost of calls
Calls are charged per second with a minimumcharge per call. The distance of the call andthe time you make the call determine the callcharge per second. The charge per secondwill be lower for short-distance calls and forcalls made during Callmore time (from 19:00to 07:00 on weekdays and from 19:00 onFridays to 07:00 on Mondays). Ways to receive your invoice
• EmailYou will receive your invoice via an email(email address of your choice) on a monthlybasis in a pdf format.Please note: This option is currently availableto residential customers only.
• Electronic billingYou will be able to log onto our website andview your invoice online. A monthly notificationmail will be sent to notify you that your invoicehas been uploaded on the Electronic BillPresentment platform. You can also pay youraccount online with your credit card.
• PaperYou will receive your printed invoice via thepost.
