30 mins at home
DESCRIPTION
Saskatchewan in motion created the 30-30-30 model to encourage a shared approach to providing physical activity for kids. Saskatchewan in motion recommends kids achieve the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity by participating in 30 minutes of physical activity at home, in the community and at school. This presentation focuses on the 30 minutes of physical activity at home.TRANSCRIPT
