Sarah Miller is an Attorney in the firm's Litigation and
Information Systems Departments. Her experience
includes extensive document review, case
management, vendor selection and providing litigation
support systems training for attorneys and
paralegals. As part of the Litigation Support Team,
she organizes and manages large document review
projects, which have included matters for several
Fortune 500 companies. Sarah also advises attorneys
regarding in-house and outside vendor review
platforms, and consults on relevance and privilege
determinations on ESI.
With experience on several trial teams, Sarah assists
with strategic trial presentations. She has created and
managed electronic courtroom presentations for
matters in industries ranging from pharmaceutical and
bioscience to manufacturing.
Glen Pritchard is a plaintiffs' personal injury lawyer
at Clark, Perdue & List in Columbus, Ohio. He
focuses his practice on serious personal injury and
wrongful death cases, insurance coverage disputes,
and appellate practice. He was named the 2014
Insurance Law "Lawyer of the Year" by Best
Lawyers. Glen also teaches internet legal research
to paralegals at the Capital Law School Paralegal
Program, oversees his firm's technology needs, and
has given more than 100 CLE presentations to
lawyers in the areas of insurance law, litigation
practice, and legal technology.

Brett Burney is Principal of Burney Consultants LLC, and
focuses the bulk of his time on bridging the chasm between
the legal and technology frontiers of electronic discovery.
Brett is also very active in the Mac-using lawyer community,
working with lawyers who want to integrate Macs, iPhones &
iPads into their practice. Prior to establishing Burney
Consultants LLC, Brett spent over 5 years at the law firm of
Thompson Hine LLP where he worked with litigation teams
in building document databases, counseling on electronic
discovery issues, and supporting them at trial. Brett
graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in
2000 and quickly became active in the world of legal
technology. Brett is a frequent contributor to Law.com and
speaks around the country on litigation support, e-discovery,

Brian Donato has worked in the field of Information
Technology for over 27 years. With experience ranging
from software developer to process engineer to IT
Director, Mr. Donato brings a broad technology and
business background to his current position of Chief
Information Officer at the law firm of Vorys, Sater,
Seymour and Pease LLP, where he has worked for the
last 15 years. Prior to that, Mr. Donato spent nine years at
State Savings Bank. Mr. Donato currently serves as
technical advisor for the Firm’s Privacy and Health Care
practice groups, and has assisted on a number of
representations involving forensic investigations. He is
the firm’s Security Officer.
Mr. Donato currently serves on the Information
Governance steering committee for the International
Legal Technology Association (ILTA), is part of the ILTA
LegalSec Advisory Committee. He is also a task force
lead for the Law Firm Information Governance
Symposium.
