If you’re looking for a way to go paperless (we always are) at your next trade showpresentation, this app is for you. The Conference Pad app enables exhibitors to wirelessly

transmit PDF presentations via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to up to 15 audience members’ devices.

You could do this a couple of ways: by handing out iPads to the audience or by commandeeringattendees’ own personal iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touches.

You can also use iPads or iPhones to connect the presentation to multiple larger screens invarious locations.

Whichever method you choose, the presenter controls the presentation from his or her owniPad, but can also allow attendees to take control, to zoom in or explore the presentation ontheir own time before or after the presentation.

One of the most useful components of this app is that you can also use it for planning andprepping. It’s a great way to get the team on the same page and make sure informationtransmits accurately and seamlessly.
