Idea 1: Anonymous Posts
Invite all participants to a Facebook group
I will assign everyone a different participant
Every night, I will ask users to write something
positive about their participants and post it on
the group wall. Then, I will give the assigned
participant for the next day
Inspired by the positive benefits of KUDOSText
Potential problem: if someone is inactive, someone else does not get a
compliment

Idea 2: Rant Blog
Invite all participants to participate in a blog
Whenever they have negative thoughts, they
can post on it to clear their mind
Participants can support each other with
comments / check in on each other / realize
they‟re not alone in struggle
Potential problem: benefits of having a place to
rant may be offset by potentially being pulled
down by others‟ negativity?

Idea 3: Breakfast Oath
Breakfast has positive benefits for the mind and body for the entire day
Participants up for the challenge of eating
breakfast (who do not usually get breakfast) will
be invited to a Facebook group
Every day, they post in the morning on the event
page wall “I woke up for breakfast”
I can check the time of their post
