About  the  company  

CrossChem   is   a  multi-­‐faceted   Europe  based   company.  High   quality   products  and   services,   developed   with   advanced   German   technology,   have   been  provided   to   clients   since   2007.   CrossChem   specialises   in   the   production   of  AdBlue,  and,  the  provision  of  associated  storage  and  pumping  systems.  

Of   utmost   priority   is   CrossChem's   provision   of   competitively   priced,   high  standard   product   and   services,   together   with   prompt   adaptation   to   client‘s  specific  requirements.    

The  company  is  committed  to  ensure  that  all  products,  services  and  practises  are   environmentally   responsible.   Trained   and   dedicated   staff   members   are  employed  to  work  in  a  safe  and  responsibly  managed  workplace.      

Advanced   technology has   enabled   the   creation   of   a   unique   production  facility,   able   to   supply   the   high   quality   ‘Adblue'   product  worldwide.   Current  production  now   is  10  million   litres  per  month.  AdBlue  products  are  made   in  batches   of   100,000   litres,   with   each   batch   subjected   to   stringent   quality  control   testing   using   precision   laboratory   equipment.   Full   compliance   test  results   enable   formal   certification   of   the   product   and   each   batch   is  individually   numbered   and   issued   with   a   written   quality   compliance  certificate.   All   product   is   stored   in   specific   containers   which   are   securely  sealed   and   labelled   with   relevant   usage,   storage   and   safety   instructions.  Systemised   warehouse   storage   facilities   enable   prompt   and   efficient  distribution  of  product  orders.  

Ongoing   commitment   to   quality   control   necessitates   that   samples   from   all  batches  of  ‘AdBlue’  are  stored  for  a  minimum  2  year  period.  Storage  is  within  a   low   light   environment   under   controlled   conditions   and   temperature.  Product   longevity   and   performance   is   guaranteed   as   sample   testing   within  German   laboratories   is  possible  as  and  when  required.  CrossChem  stands  by  the  superior  performance  of  its  products.    CrossChem   prides   itself   on   the   utilisation   of   environmentally   responsible  practices.  Staff  members  work  in  a  clean  air  environment  and  are  safeguarded  from  unsafe  chemical  exposure.  All  waste  products  are  safely  disposed  of  and  packaging  materials  are  recycled  by  specialist  contractors.  Heat  generated  by  the   production   process   is   recycled   and   utilised   for   the   generation   of  electricity,  which  is  on-­‐sold  to  allied  energy  suppliers.    Workplace  safety  is  firmly  entrenched  within  CrossChem  philosophy.  A  strictly  implemented  safety  practice  management  plan,  as  instigated  by  independent  specialist   consultants,   is   well   established.   Adherence   to   specified   practices  and   procedures   is   regularly   controlled   by   both   pre-­‐planned   and   random  inspections.  

Labour  safety  politics.   In  order  to  follow  the  labour  safety  policy,  CrossChem  has   entered   into   an   agreement   with   a   contractor,   who   developed   and  implemented   Labour   Safety   and   a   Health   Action   Plan.   Now,   its  implementation   is   controlled   on   a   regular   basis   by   systematic,   planned   and  extraordinary   inspections,   ensuring   the   control   over   the   company   and   its  employees,  as  well  as  ensuring  the  safety  of  the  above.
