Fasting means putting aside things that take away your attention on God.

Decide on what you are willing to give up to spend time with God these 21 days.

It could be a hobby, a meal, a favourite TV show or playing with toys.

Draw or write it/them down on the next page.

Tell your parents and Small Group Leader about what you have decided to fast. Ask them to remind you about it!

Decide the time you want to read this book and to pray every day.

something bad to you. Do you know God also feels sad when you do

something bad? It hurts Him when you say something bad to others or when

you are unkind to them.
