CALL TO ORDER
Allison Gordon called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m. A quorum of four (4) members was confirmed.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to approve the agenda as published. Motion carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF JULY 15, 2016
MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Monica Vick, to approve the minutes of July 15, 2016 as published. Motion carried unanimously.

MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Monica Vick, to appoint Kathleen Miller, Tammy Scheidegger, and Monica Vick as Credentialing Liaisons, effective immediately. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to appoint Tammy Scheidegger as the Education and Examination Liaison, effective immediately. Motion carried unanimously.

LEGISLATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULE MATTERS
Proposals for MPSW 1 Relating to Renewal and Reinstatement
MOTION: Kathleen Miller moved, seconded by Monica Vick, the Professional Counselor Section reviewed MPSW 1 Relating to Renewal and Reinstatement and supports the proposed language of MPSW 1.085. Motion carried unanimously.
Scope for MPSW 14 Relating to Academic Programs
MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to approve the Scope Statement on MPSW 14 relating to Academic Programs for submission to the Governor’s Office and publication, and to authorize the Chair to approve the scope for implementation no less than 10 days after publication. Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
MOTION: Kathleen Miller moved, seconded by Charles Lindsey, to convene to closed session to deliberate on cases following hearing (s. 19.85(1)(a), Stats.); to consider licensure or certification of individuals (s. 19.85 (1)(b), Stats.); to consider closing disciplinary investigation with administrative warning (ss.19.85(1)(b), Stats. and 440.205, Stats.); to consider individual histories or disciplinary data (s. 19.85 (1)(f), Stats.); and, to confer with legal counsel (s.19.85(1)(g), Stats.). Allison Gordon read the language of the motion. The vote of each member was ascertained by voice vote. Roll Call Vote: Allison Gordon – yes; Charles Lindsey – yes; Kathleen Miller - yes; Monica Vick - yes. Motion carried unanimously.
The Section convened into Closed Session at 11:34 a.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to reconvene into open session. Motion carried unanimously.
The Section reconvened into Open Session at 1:06 p.m.

MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to issue an Administrative Warning in the matter of DLSC case number 16 CPC 022 (L.N.R.). Motion carried unanimously.

MOTION: Charles Lindsey moved, seconded by Kathleen Miller, to adopt the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the matter of disciplinary proceedings against:
