Project プロジェクト: Architecture and Urban Planning 都市建築計画 of the new solution center of Banat

villages and preliminary design Administrative building

Beric and partners, Architectural bureau

creators of some parks and public spaces,

finished the new landmark project for the

city of Banatsko Novo Selo , Banat, Serbia.

Park is a one-acre greenspace in the

middle of Banat, that transforms area of

architect historic master plan into a lively,

welcoming urban environment for the 21st

century. Working proces,was tasked first

,with giving the park back to its urban

context, to open it up to the adjacent streets

and make it feel a part of, surounds. Clear

lines of sight replace the huddled bunkers.

On the space’s north side, a secluded

seating area is embedded in a grove of

honey locusts, the trees casting their

dappled shade on a forest floor of crushed

stone.

The park is further activated by a program

that includes food vendors and overlook

terraces with café seating.

Custom furniture —chaise lounge chairs,

high cafe tables with swivel stools, cafe

lounge chairs—intimate “outdoor room.”

The public space is intended to be a focal

landmark for the social life of urban

dwellers.

Architects:

Beric and partners , Architectural bureau

Location: Banatsko Novo Selo , Serbia

Project Year: 2009

The aim is to

transform the area

into a mixed urban

space keeping the

spirit of

entrepreneurship and

enhancing the

collaboration between

city center of

Banatsko Novo Selo

and other facilities.

The varying width

and depth of the

central promenade

gives ever new

perspectives.

Variation in

scale and

building

typologies,

mixing old

and new,

creates a

dynamic

urban area

with a

combination

of intimate

and more

spectacular

public

spaces.

Page 4: 2.Architect Marijana Beric portfolio

The municipality building ( the example of

zero carbon building) and the public space

with socio-cultural facilities are designed

within the framework of “green building

design”, highlighting sustainable principles.

The wind turbine on the tower generating

electric, the water collection unit meeting

the water need for public pools, the

photovoltaic and thermal panels on the

façades providing light and heat energy,

green roofs and courtyards, all contribute

to the sustainable quality of the square and

the building.

Green architectural solutions today are

becoming increasingly common providing

visual aesthetics to the urban fabric as well

as contributing to environmental

preservation in many aspects such as

collection of rain water, noise reduction,

and heat loss reduction.

Eco-efficiency is the key design concept

which targets for high environmental

quality and minimized loading.

Green, clean and lean design and

construction approach with an emphasis

on resource conservation for less material

and less waste (e.g. fair-faced concrete,

unpainted metal works) has been adopted.

Balanced cut and fill for site formation

introduces sheltered plaza and green

terraces with surrounding formed berms

and trees.

Energy hierarchy with its priority on energy

demand control is adopted.

Passive design with climate-responsive

built form, orientation, layout and envelope

enhance natural ventilation, daylighting

and solar shading.

The spacious entrance hallway is

orientated and fully opened to the

prevailing summer breeze, and provides a

comfortable setting for gathering and

temporary exhibition without the use of air-

conditioning.

An ultra-low OTTV of 11 W/m2 is achieved

mainly due to optimized window-to-wall

ratio, deep overhang over the south

facade, external shading fins, minimized

east and west facades / windows, high

performance glazing system, and shaded

and insulated roof.

These passive design measures are

expected to reduce energy consumption

by 20% as compared to the current

building industry benchmark.

The use of highly energy-efficient active

systems like high-volume-low-speed fans,

high temperature cooling system, coupling

with smart control can further reduce the

potential energy demand by 25%.

Four outdoor weather stations have been

installed within the site to collect

microclimatic data that will inform and

optimize the performances of building

services systems.

Project プロジェクト: Preliminary design and 3d model of the house 3Dデザインを利用した斬新な家設計 at parcel near the coast of the river Sava and the Danube in Belgrade, Serbia

Various studies have been written,

analyses conducted and several

competitions held in order to examine the

way in which Serbia is situated on the river

Sava and Dunav how the river is

incorporated into the city.

Alongside the river area there are locations

in which the urbanity has demonstrated the

willingness to bring the river closer to the

urban living – Savamala.

Unlike the areas Ada Ciganlija of in which

verticals were implemented, certain

potential locations have been somewhat

deprived of them due to the misunderstood

planning regulation, max P+2.The

architecture does not have to fit the

context, especially if that context is not a

potential generator.

Beric architecte represents a HOUSE

frame which establishes its own structure,

defines its own urbanity, a neighborhood

which functions with a square and an open

playground, with established

communications and an emphasized

direction. T

he construction zone is distinctly outlined

by a plateau above the underground

garages. Residential house is dynamic

with a shifting layout and verticals, and

also discontinued, thus emphasizing their

interrelations.

The dark and light asphalt stripes used in

the floor treatment of the square and the

horizontal lines of the residential floors

introduce a sense of measure and clarity

to the perspectival vistas..

The outer, open residential spaces

of the covered balconies are clearly

oriented, ensuring privacy.

Within a suitable depth of the

individual blocks, the apartments are

placed unilaterally, including a large

number of angular units.

Project プロジェクト : The preliminary Urbanistic solution and 3D model 3D都市ソルーション of the parcel

of New Belgrade, Near the Belgrade Arena in Serbia

The Complex Centre, designed by Beric

architecte, will provide a new stage for

dynamic public activity and distinct

commercial offerings in New Belgrade

,Serbia.

The pedestrian-oriented center will establish

a vibrant leisure, shopping, business, and

residential complex reconnecting the urban

trafic of the Bulevar Zorana Djindjica district,

while creating a new landmark for the city.

Delivering a modern community gathering

destination rooted in art, nature, and urban

connectivity, the project’s design enhances

its potential to become a continuously active

public realm.

The project’s key urban design principles

establish vital connections to the

surroundings, including to the nearby transit

line with a grand public plaza at the front

entry closest to the Beogradska Arena and

multiple entryways and accessibility from the

various streets, taking advantage of the

site’s unique topography and grade change.

Through its synergistic combination of retail,

entertainment, dining, cultural uses, state-of-

the-art office and modern residential, within

a single, world-class facility, all designed at

an experientially articulated pedestrian scale

Within the project, nature serves as the

fundamental element to host unique visitor

experiences. The notion of nature and the

celebration of the four seasons draw visitors

into the complex as an extension of the

surrounding green spaces and vegetation,

resulting in a sense of public pride and

ownership in the project.

The massing size and proportion of the 2

Towers at the corners red colored, are

geometrically to deliberately contrast.

They are symbols for lookouts the rest of the

coast and trade center.

Formally, the vertical elements of the towers

define the edges of the view of the

landscape, while the plinth of the tbuilding

elevates the horizon line. This building-scale

optical device deeply frames the views of

the landscape, elevating the presence of the

Urban planning and the sea.

Rather than duplicate the organic forms of

the adjacent landscape and local complex

urban form. The image of the highly refined,

rectiround hemisphere layered against the

landscape, with blue and red glassware and

suggest a monumental presence on the

horizon for the harbor. Function as indoor

sports facilities.

Each fragment is pulled apart to obtain the

best views of the landscape while allowing

sunlight to enter. A single element is

displaced to the end of the site, creating a

central space, framing the views of the

landscape at the scale of the harbor, and

balancing the overall composition.

Critics and practitioners of architecture often

convey a contradictory message in a quest

to comprehend the essence of iconic

architecture. The notions of many recent

international projects strive to be iconic, but

few actually become truly successful from

the point of view of the ultimate critics, the

people who use them

Project プロジェクト : The preliminary Urbanistic solution and 3D model 3D都市ソルーション of the parcel

at a coastline of Sava and Danube, in Belgrade ,Serbia

In using highly contrasting design

elements, the project achieves the

maximum architectural impact while

employing simple massing strategies,

a minimum number of materials,

and allows the use of economical

structural systems

In the virtualized information era, Beric

Architecte believes the design for

the Belgrade Film Arhive should be more

than ever a “physical space”. The project

should be a place for sensory experience,

a place where culture becomes an

opportunity to meet and exchange ideas, a

place where the civil forum is recovered

from the virtual and returned to the urban

world. Their concept becomes a symbol in

glass and wood that opens its heart to the

city and offers visitors a retreat for body

and mind..

What should a Film Arhive be like in the

realm of the Internet? We must interpret

the word book to mean all recorded text,

image or sound media.

This profound technological change is

transforming both habits and spaces. The

traditional rows of library shelves are

giving up a little more space each day to

the antiseptic atmosphere of the

underground data center.

A structural floor supports the building and

hosts the technical installations.

This floor can also host a future data

center and enables the development of the

project’s storage capacity to be

anticipated.

A double glass façade reveals and

protects the wooded agora creating an

intimate relationship between park and

library. Inside this “biosphere”, the volume

can receive large-scale art installations

such as this popular artificial sun that

illuminates and warms the long winter

nights.

The full façades are covered with a mineral

and translucent skin that filters the sun and

reveals activity inside the building through

a play of light and shadow.

Project プロジェクト : The preliminary solution and 3D model 3D都市ソルーション for New Building

of Sustainabele houses en Le Havre coast , Normandia , France

Designed by Beric architecte with Bureau ‘’

energies envirommental ‘’,is a island on the

nord coast of Normandie where they have

conceptualized an idea of luxury. houses

are situated in the middle island leading

down to a dock and private beach, and are

aligned to incorporate the ideal light

conditions for the morning and Normandie

evenings respectively. Aiming to provide a

means of inspiration, the structure of the

one house of the complex is rusted steel

planes house composed of four cubes– a

single surface extended above itself.

Situated on this Il de Bath property, it is the

extension of a floor into a building. Buildings

which are built facing the rise and fall of the

light in summer. Windows which will diffuse

light in at all times of the day and the play of

perspectives.

House is an idea – built for a new class, a

new market – It is complex, beautiful,

sustainable. It considers its environment and

can house physical manifestations of family

cohesion.

It is a centre, complex with central building

where we believe that networks of people

could meet during conferences, banquet

dinners, residencies or summer residences,

which would allow for the understanding of

what a house placed within a landscape

could be. Even though steel is quite refined

and cold material, its bright ocher colour

hues like wide planks cut from a fresh wood

and gives a visual warmth to the house.

The envelope of the building is composed of glass and

rusted steel planes which were mounted in vertical

segments in order to have a metaphorical relation with growing pine trees on the site

Sustainable reconstruction of retirement home , Francia

Designed by Beric architecte with Bureau

‘’ energies envirommental ‘’,is a

ireconstrucion of retirement complex on

the Rosh-sur-yon regio en France.

Is a centre of excellence retirement hub

for the delivery of green and training,

focusing on environmental sustainability

and responsible management.

The centre, is for elderly people from

seven local municipality Rosh- sur-yon,

France, who pooled their people from

government for funding new sustainable

solutionfor the centre

The reconstruction of the building reflects

its purpose of operation – sustainability,

inclusion and innovation in the sence of

retirement and nursing of people.

It includes sustainable materials, energy

efficiency through correct building

orientation and integration of siting and

building fabric with engineering services.

The building’s distinctive roof is part of the

sustainability imperative of the design, with

solar panels ,acting as a screen for the

sun..

Retritment complex itself will act as a

learning tool for the other similar complex

and will enable them to develop an

understanding of how buildings, people

and the natural environment interact.

The large position of solar panel acts

as a canopy, screen, positioned also

on the corner of roof for thermal

quality in response to the angle of the sun .

Project プロジェクト : The preliminary solution and 3D model 3D都市ソルーション for New

plantations оf wine field at Solicciata , Italy

Designed by with Bureau Bellmunt

Architect and Beric Architect is a complex

for New plantations оf wine field at

Solicciata ,Italy.

By redefining the boundaries through a

game of compressions and

expansions, the architects create a

dynamic and attractive space

Stemming from the idea of creating a

perfect synergy between architecture,

nature and social technologies, the

proposal represent the irregular

geometry (crooked or oblique) but

highly controlled architectural design

of the garden.

These two elements of concept have

been reinterpreted and incorporated

into the project and represented by

wooden poles and ropes of white

canvas.

The tanks containing the real garden

are obtained by the repetition of three

modules, which in combination create

endless compositions.

The architecture plays a fundamental

role: spaces which are asymmetric but

proportionate, uneven but harmonic,

create unusual tactile, visual

perspectives designed

Inspired by other projects of interactive

gardens with sensors, it was decided

to install a technology allowing

realtime monitoring of the growing

plants in the garden, through the use

of hardware tools (Arduino with

sensors and webcam) and software. In

three particular points of the garden,

we use steel cables which become

veritable harp instruments.

The

concept

comes to

life from

the

observatio

n of

spinning

methods:

mechanical

and

manual.

The production is

essential in the designed

layout

The project

combines three

inseparable factors

among them:

functionality,

aesthetics,

production .

Page 13: 2.Architect Marijana Beric portfolio

Designed by with Bureau Bellmunt

Architect and Beric Architect is a complex

for New plantations оf New reconstruction

of Tarragona coastline,, Catalunia ,Spain

Tarragona is a city located in the south

of Catalunia on the north-east of Spain, by

the Mediterranean sea.

Located on the coast of the Tarragona the

proposal for the new ecological and

technological renovation of the coast,

paving, benches, trees, lighting consists of

a development strategy for the Tarragona

The urban volumes are positioned on the

edges of the coast in a way which permits

a green swathe to cross it from north to

south. The project is thus based on the

concept of ‘internal coast’, which open

onto the ‘river of fields’, which preserves a

view of the new districts to the west of the

river from the edges of the existing town.

This ‘contained’ approach to the

urbanization also reveals a green spine

which emerges from the existing

agricultural layout.

This layout is thus held, twisted,

compresses and stretched in order to

create a sense of dynamic and movement.

The ‘contained’ urbanization thus opens up

to the exterior of the site, This creates a

dialogue between the coast and the city

which makes it necessary for us to work

with the skyline and the urban plan, as well

as with the public spaces connected to the

river banks..

In addition to this a secondary road

network provides secondary connections

and interconnects the edges of the island

taking advantage of existing dams and

incorporating the east/west connections

which make it possible to cross the coast

Project プロジェクト : The preliminary solution and 3D model 3D都市ソルーション for New

reconstruction of Tarragona coastline, Catalunya ,Spain

The project is

oriented towards

the city in order to

preserve a

maximum of

agriculture and

green space on

the site. This

enables us to

design a project in

which the

urbanization is

‘held’ by the

landscape

The idea is to create a major north/south axis which crosses the coast. serving each district. We are proposing a

road layout which is coherent with the urban and landscaping concepts
