• Narcotics has its benefits for medicinal treatment

and scientific purposes, but beside of its has

infliction of dependence syndrom which threaten

and dangerous if not be controlled closely guardedand thoroughly.

• Narcotics are substances or drugs that origin

from plants or other either synthetic or

semi-synthetic which could causedegradation or lost of consciousness, lost of

sense, approximately until lost of pain,

could cause addiction, devided into somegroup base on in ministry of health.

Storage and report of narcotics

exporter, drug company, pharmacy, government

storage supplied pharmacy facility, drug store,hospital, public health, private medical foundation,

doctor and science institutions have to specially

stored.

in its authority.

Narcotics delivery

1. Narcotics delivery can only be done by: drugs

store/dispensary, hospital, central public health

service, medical institute and practical doctor.

2. Dispensary can only delivere narcotics to:hospital, central public health service, medical

institute, doctor and patient.

3. Hospital, dispensary, central public health

service and medical institute can only deliverynarcotics to patient base on doctor prescription.

4. Narcotics delivery by the doctor can be done incondition:

a. Do private practice and be given by injection,

b. Help patient by injection in emergency, or

c. On duty in remote area without dispensary.

5. Injection narcotics in certain amount that given

by the doctor as mention in upon verse, can only

be obtained from dispensary.

remote area without dispensary, requires

narcotics storage permission from the

minister of health or officer in charge. The

permission is mentioned on his/her placement certificate in remote area without

dispensary facilities.

• Narcotics can only be published on

medicine and/or pharmacy scientific

journal.• Publication is those with scientific and

commercial needs for narcotics, as drug or

basic material, in medicine and pharmacylimited community.

Treatment and rehabilitation

• For treatment and/or nursing, narcotic user

is able to possess, store and/or bring the

narcotics.• Narcotic user as mentioned above, must

possess evidence that the narcotic

possessed, stored and/or brought, is legallyobtained.

• Parents or guardian of narcotics addictunderage, must report to the officer pointed

by the government to obtain treatment

and/or nursing.

• Adult narcotics addict, must report him/her

self, or be reported by his/her family to the

officer pointed by the government to obtain

treatment and/or nursing.

• The treatment and/or nursing of drugsaddict are in rehabilitation facility.

• The rehabilitation includes medical and

social rehabilitation.• The rehabilitation for drugs addict is done

with purpose to cure and/or to develop the

physic, mental and social skill of patient.

• Under the Health Minister agreement,rehabilitation institution which organized by

society can do the medical rehabilitation for drugaddict.

• Beside the medical rehabilitation of the treatmentand nursing, drugs addict healing process can be

organized by society using the religious andtraditional approximation.

exporter,drugs company, pharmacy sales,

medicine pharmacy storage facilities,

doctor, scientific institution and medical

rehabilitation institution.

certificate.
