1. Narcotics delivery can only be done by: drugs

store/dispensary, hospital, central public health

service, medical institute and practical doctor.

2. Dispensary can only delivere narcotics to:hospital, central public health service, medical

institute, doctor and patient.

3. Hospital, dispensary, central public health

service and medical institute can only deliverynarcotics to patient base on doctor prescription.

4. Narcotics delivery by the doctor can be done incondition:

a. Do private practice and be given by injection,

 b. Help patient by injection in emergency, or

c. On duty in remote area without dispensary.

 be obtained from dispensary.

remote area without dispensary, requires

narcotics storage permission from the

minister of health or officer in charge. The

 permission is mentioned on his/her placement certificate in remote area without

dispensary facilities.

• Under the Health Minister agreement,rehabilitation institution which organized by

society can do the medical rehabilitation for drugaddict.

• Beside the medical rehabilitation of the treatmentand nursing, drugs addict healing process can be

organized by society using the religious andtraditional approximation.
