273MW ABB combined cycle power plant This 273MW combined cycle power plant is completely introduced from ABB Group Switzerland, and manufactured by America GE Company. It was commercially run in 1993 year. It is composed of two (2) GT13D3A gas turbines and one (1) DK1-1N31 steam turbine. The operating conditions and main technical data are as follows: 1. This 273MW combined cycle power plant is completely introduced from ABB Group Switzerland, and manufactured by America GE Company. It was commercially run in 1993 year. It is composed of two (2) GT13D3A gas turbines and one (1) DK1-1N31 steam turbine.

The operating conditions and main technical data are as follows:

5. The Overhaul of generating set:

Under the terms of manufacturer- ALSTOM, when use HFO fuel, the overhaul cycle of GT13D3A gas turbine is 16000EOH, GT13DM gas turbine: 24000EOH, steam turbine: 50000EOH.

No.2 gas turbine after updating, the increased guaranty load is 6MW, the increased guaranty relative efficiency is2.5%. The overhaul cycle extend to 2400EOH. The actual results are higher than above guaranty data.

6. Combined cycle generating set statues at present:

This CCP was commercially run in 1994. Until 31th August of 2008, main operating data of the two gas turbines and one steam turbine are as follows:

No.1 gas turbine has run 26743EOH since the third time overhaul in February of 2004 to 31th August of 2008, it was working 10743EOH over overhaul cycle. Through strengthening A check and extraordinary inspection to find and process the trouble and flaw; To be safe we low the turbine inlet temperature from 990℃ to 980℃, at the same time minimize the running time. It is only used during the NO.2 gas turbine cleaning after one overhaul cycle. So far, each system and component is in normal condition and statues.

No.2 gas turbine after the fourth overhaul and updating in beginning of 2007, each component is in good and perfect conditions except a little corrosion in TULE1.After updating, NO.2 gas turbine increase its output power and low its fuel consumption.

The steam turbine is in perfect conditions, the last stage blade haven’t found any water erosion so far.
