REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

Assmang Propriety Limited is in the process of gathering informa�on from Northern Cape-based companies that are rendering the Supply of Coolant and/or related services or products to select a suitable candidate to par�cipate in the Assmang Enterprise & Supplier Development programme. Exis�ng Northern Cape-based companies that are rendering the above-men�oned service and interested in registering for this RFI, are herewith requested to confirm their expression of interest by sending a confirma�on e-mail to [email protected] before close of business on 7 February 2020. The RFI Informa�on Sheet, which has to be completed by the Applicant, with a list of documents required for registra�on, will only be sent to the companies that expressed their interest to register before the above-men�oned deadline date. From the responses received in the RFI, the pre-screening will entail the ini�al evalua�on of the responses to ensure that mandatory requirements are met.

For a company to register for this RFI, the company must adhere to ALL requirements listed below:

o COOLANT MANUFACTURING (the process of sourcing raw materials required for manufac-turing and blending of Coolants/Lubricants);

o COOLANT SUPPLY (encompasses a range of disciplines and services to handle, transport, and deliver Coolants/Lubricants);

o COOLANT MANAGEMENT (the Company's experience in managing Coolants/Lubricants and or experience of the Shareholders within a Coolant's business);
