T o remember the lives of our hero soldiers, “Dugo ko iaalay ko sa kapwa ko”, a program that will save others lives was conducted by the 25 th IB during their Foundation Anniversary at Camp Kalaw,Poblacion, Monkayo Compostela Prov- ince on April 16,2010. Lt. Colonel Gilbert F Saret, Commanding Officer of the, 25 th IB, 10ID, PA, during his speech, emphasized the battalions’ commitment is, as Guardians of Peace and Partners in devel- opment in Compostela Valley Province. As the 25 th IB celebrates its Founding Anniversary, it is high time to renew our commitment to our profession, to the Filipino people and to remember the sacrifices of our fallen comrades as we honour them by sharing our blood to our fellow Filipinos who are in dire need. The Commanding General of the 10 th Infantry (Agila) Division as the guest of honour and speaker, Maj Gen Carlos B Holganza extended his message of congratulations to the battalion and challenged each and everyone to continue to do better in performing their mandated tasks. The Foundation Anniversary started with a fellowship Mass with baptism and wedding, blessing of the newly constructed water system of the camp and wreath laying ceremony in honour of the sol- diers of the battalion who paid the ultimate sacrifice in serving God, country and people .
