06/2013 Gabriëla Andrei Coordinator Broilers High-Management training On behalf of the Corporate Poultry Department, we would like to welcome you at our Broiler High-Management training. Our main goal for this high-management training is to give you the knowledge and experience needed to support your clients in achieving a high-management status at their farm. In order to achieve this goal, a three-day program is developed. The first step in the program is to define which questions have to be answered and which knowledge has to be provided to achieve our goal. By addressing practical cases yourself, personal goals can be defined. Next we will visit high-management broiler farms in order to see the discussed management methods in practise. During these visits there is also the opportunity to talk about the practical side of working with these methods with experienced farmers in an open and relaxed atmosphere. Finally, we will evaluate the training program to define if together we reached the aimed goals so that we can assure that you will go home with answers to your questions and the knowledge you were looking for.
