Rules and Regulations for ICG Employees

1. Obsessive talking and cell phone use must be cut out during working hours.

2. Be at workstation on time or TIME will be docked.

3. To many absences will result in termination.

4. Times starts when you start working. 7 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 4 pm = 8 Hrs.

5. You MUST have all equipment and necessities to work or you will be SENT HOME

6. Any work that you do will have time limits.

7. You have two breaks, morning and afternoon, 15 minutes each.

8. If your time is not verified by a supervisor everyday, the supervisor’s time counts.

9. If work is not done correctly the first time and you have to fix it, you will not be paid twice.
