A Home Based Care Coordinator (HBCC) of DHMT-Manga was NOT selected for a official participants for the HSM training initially. Yet she was eager to develop her managerial capacity and decided to join the training as self-sponsored participants. She aggressively participated in the training and completed

all 12 modules .
