Target Audience

By the end of this hybrid experience, participants should be able to:
Educational Objectives:
1. Discuss ENT and facial plastic surgery updates on new techniques, concepts and procedures.
2. Describe newer surgical indications and techniques.
3. Discuss Medical Audiology diagnostic and rehabilitative updates on new techniques, concepts and procedures.
4. Identify best practices and outcomes in general ENT and related specialties, including allergy and MedSpa.
5. Discuss improvement in clinical trials, patient experiences and outcomes.
6. Interpret ideas to improve management of the ENT, audiology and facial plastic surgical office.
7. Discuss current regulations and mandates affecting medical practice.
8. Understand a variety of practice management issues and quality.

The Florida Combined Otolaryngology Annual Meeting is a combined meeting that includes
the Florida Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Florida Society of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Network of Florida Otolaryngologists and Network of
Medical Audiology Professionals. The meeting features world-renowned otolaryngologists,
plastic surgeons, medical audiologists, advanced practice providers and Industry leaders
presenting on a variety of topics within the specialty.

FCOM 2021 is a hybrid event. There are over 130 speakers and more than 150 unique sessions for attendees to choose from! Sessions will occur in-person, some will be live-broadcast and simultaneously viewed with the virtual attendees and others will be presented only to the virtual audience. This Short Program Guide lists the unique sessions and the day in which the session is premiered. Many of these courses will be available for viewing at different times throughout the 3-day meeting. Conference attendees will set-up their custom meeting agenda the week prior to the event.
Session formats help the attendee understand how the information is being delivered and what options they have for watching the content and interacting with the speakers.
Onsite Only These sessions are only available to attendees onsite at the in-person meeting.
LIVE Broadcast These sessions are live broadcast from the Naples, Florida event. Both in-person and virtual attendees will enjoy listening to the speaker live from the event stage. All attendees will be able to hear questions from the entire audience, interact with the speaker and answer polls.
Premier These sessions are premiered at a specific time on the virtual agenda. If an attendee joins late, they will join the session in progress. A few of these sessions are only available for viewing virtually.
Premier+ These sessions are premiered at a specific time on the virtual agenda. The speaker will be staying in the room after the session to interact with the virtual attendees, and participate in a live Q&A session. A few of these sessions are only available for viewing virtually.
On-Demand These sessions are available to all attendees for viewing at their leisure. The can be started, paused, and replayed based on the viewing needs of the attendee.
