• MD Working Group had its meeting in connection with Colloquium, the coordinator Hansrudolf Steinhauer will send an action plan later in May.

TCEUROPE AGM 2011 (Annual General Meeting)

AGM was very productive, here some major achievements:• Proposal of procedure for future TCE Award handled, and approved with some

changes• Proposal of procedure for application for membership handled, and approved with

some changes• TCeurope communications, both internal and external discussed -> decision on new

more interactive web pages, and comm. strategy by President & Board to be done• INTECOM Code of good practice was discussed -> decision on TCE own Code of good

practice to be preparedDecisions about the following new operations were made:• working group for the new web sites - coordinator Brigit van Loggem, STIC• working group for TCE Code of good practice - coordinator Helena Wäppling, FTI• and committee for TCE AwardA vote about organising next Colloquium; APCOMTEC, Portugal won STVY, Finland with

numbers 5 - 3
