WednesdayFamily Night Here at Second Baptist Church Wednesday night is family night. Each week we provide classes and activities for all ages along with our weekly Fellowship Supper.

We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God.

Deacon Nominations We have ballots available at the Welcome Center for you to nominate men to serve as deacons. Please use one ballot per nominee. All ballots are due by Sunday, April 30th.

Church Conference We will have our quarterly Church Conference tonight after the evening service here in the main auditorium.

Rend Collective Here! It’s time! Rend Collective will be here in concert this Friday, April 28th! Rend Collective comes from Northern Ireland. They released their first album in 2010 entitled “Organic Family Hymnal”. Tickets are still available online at secondfamily.tv, at the Welcome Center, and in the Church Office during the week. Each ticket is $22 or $18 for a group of ten or more. They also have a special meet-and-greet ticket for $40 which includes the concert.

Kids Choir MusicalOur Second Family, we invite you to celebrate with the Preschool and Kids Choirs for their Spring Concert, April 30th, at 6:30 PM. “Psalms & Psongs” will share the choir’s emphasis on praising God “with all their inmost being”, from Psalm 103. Join us and lift up these young worshipers and all their discoveries of God’s creative expressions of love!

National Day of PrayerThe National Day of Prayer is being observed this year on Thursday, May 4th. The theme is “For Your Great Name’s Sake! Hear Us...Forgive Us...Heal Us!” The main auditorium will be open all day for you to come by and pray. Let’s join with those all across America in prayer!

Senior Appreciation DayOn May 7th, we will be honoring all of our Senior Adults! We are hosting a luncheon just for you in the YAC Auditorium after the morning service! Please sign up in your Life Group or at the Welcome Center if you would like to join us! Pastor Joel Southerland will be with us during the service and will have a special time with you at the luncheon as well. Thank you for all you do and how you encourage us to live for the Lord!

Our Family Night Supper begins at 4:30 PM every Wednesday night in the Family Life Center. The cost is $4 per adult and $3 per child with a max cost of $15 per family.

THIS WEEK’s MENU WILL BE: Grilled chicken, corn casserole, boccoli/cheese, potato/salad bar, rolls, & dessert. The kids menu is the same.
