■ Shallow interaction design focuses on getting technology out of the way in order to support positive social interactions, like paying attention to the people and environment around you.
■ Immersive interaction design, by contrast, is what most interaction designers have been focused on for years. Immersive design patterns and features promote deeper engagement between the human and the technological interface and user experience.

Multisided platform with multiple services needs at the beginning transitional phase to make customers used to the brand name and it’s services. Transitional phase is free for all customers and contains the majority of functions.
■ Transitional phase can be delivered as responsive web application. Transitional phase must be available for all digital devices to reach as much future customers as possible.
Multisided platforms (MSPs) are technologies, products or services that create value primarily by enabling direct interactions between two or more customer or participant groups.
