• RPO with Manpower has been signed for setting up the F&A Vertical in Hyderabad.

• Looking at closing 19 positions for Agents along with 5 Team Leaders and 1 Manager.

• The process to be hired will be Accounts Payable.• Providing the client with JDs and other related materials.• Tentative on boarding month: June 2012.• Tentative Interview date: 10th. April, 2012.

Initial Stage: The time period which is being invested to spread awareness in the market about the hiring, preparation of JDs, Questionnaires, etc.

Candidate Prescreening Stage: The time period where we will be aggressively sourcing candidate and attracting them to apply from Portals, Head hunting, Referencing and other recruitment sources.

Hiring Stage: The time period where we will be administering the entire Interview Procedure along with Diebold HR and Ops Team. The follow up and co-ordination will be solely Manpower`s responsibility.

Post Recruitment Stage: The time Period where Manpower will be collecting the Documents from the selected candidates, doing the BGC, keeping them warm and administering the Joining and Induction formalities.
