Oilfield Transport If you need a winch truck, picker
truck, bed truck or hot shot, we can supply it, whenever and wherever

USEFUL INSIGHTS
WHATS BEING SHIPPEDDimensions and weights, how many pieces, when will it be ready
to go, pickup and delivery locations, drawings or diagrams if available for heavy or oversize loads. This is all required
information needed in order to calculate the best possible rates for your shipments.
VALUE OF SHIPMENTS This is important for insurance purposes. Most trucking
companies will insure for $2.00 per / lb (if value is not listed on the bill of lading).
THIRD PARTY CHARGES When costs such as Wire Lining, Cranes, Permits, etc. are required and cannot be quoted before the job. These costs are added to the
invoice after the fact, usually they are discussed with the client before the job.
CRATING AND PACKAGINGThis is important for the safe transport of your shipment from
point A to point B. Trucking companies will only take freight if it is properly crated or packaged for shipping and ready for loading,
and is able to take the “ Rigors of the road”.
PROVINCIAL AND STATE SEASONAL ROAD BANSEach year from March to early or late June, Provincial and State Highways implement weight restriction road bans in order to
protect there roads during the thaw. Major Highways and Interstates are usually limited to 100% of gross vehicle weights, while secondary hwy’s, township and range roads can be limited to between 70% and 90%. The cost of moving your freight during
this period could increase by as much as 30%.

hours, sometimes a few minutes. It works based on all data we have collected over the past 38 years of transporting project
freight through-out North America.“
Our pricing will include permit costs and best route to take depending on the overall weight and dimensions and depending on time of year. We have found that our pricing is well
situated in the middle of most rates not the cheapest but not the highest. Our services include
moving legal loads of pipe and steel products as well as large OD and heavy loads up to 600,00 lbs. We
can also provide transport services to companies moving commodities such as plastics, chemicals, general
products and just about anything else that can be put on a truck.
