Visitation Committee It Is All Good News!
Several months ago we initiated a new committee in the hopes of bringing friendship and happiness to our homebound parishioners. We called it the Visitation Committee and modeled it after Our Lady’s visit to her cousin, Elizabeth. Many volunteers go to the home of another for the sole purpose of bringing joy, and Christ’s love to the shut-in. It works both ways! Volunteers leave their elderly friend and secretly utter their own Magnificat –
“He who is mighty has done great things for me.”
Thank you to all!
