The kitchen area has a durable and attractive oak-effect vinyl floor and a modern fitted kitchen with plenty of worktop space on two sides with a range of modern fitted units in mushroom and white with matching wall-cabinets, providing ample cupboard space, complete with under-cabinet feature lighting. There is a built-in cooker with a gas hob, stainless-steel splashback and extractor hood above, an integrated fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher and washer drier, and a stainless steel one and a half-bowl sink with a mixer tap beneath the window. There is a handy built-in broom cupboard with shelving and a carpeted hallway to the rear leads to the master bedroom which is a good-sized, queen with a suite of fitted bedroom furniture comprising a chests of drawers, two wardrobes, a dressing table with wall mirror and feature lighting, and bedside tables. There is also plenty of light from two windows to the rear. An ensuite cloakroom has a hidden-cistern WC and a basin, and a cupboard above the WC contains a condensing combi-boiler, which provides the heating and hot water on demand. The second bedroom is set up as a twin with a wardrobe and an alcove providing display shelving. The family shower room has a shower enclosure, a WC, a vanity unit with a basin, storage beneath for toiletries and a wall mirror above, integrated storage for towels and a light tube providing natural light. The hallway has a display storage unit with a wall mirror and feature lighting above.
Outside, there is a generously-sized south facing, sun light all day terrace of timber decking with a wooden balustrade, making a fabulous venue for alfresco dining, sharing a bottle of wine or enjoying the sunshine and tranquil surroundings. A tarmac driveway provides parking for one car. The lodge is available for owner use all year round for short breaks or for periods a maximum of 6 months in a year and can be let out when not in use, for which Finlake run a management service. The lodge has excellent letting potential providing good returns every year to date. From the Bovey Tracey office on Fore Street, turn left in La Molay Littry Way
and continue on this road into Chudleigh Knighton. At the T junction just past

A typical old Devon town, Chudleigh has numerous narrow lanes and
passageways between quaint old cottages . It is located at the end of the
Teign Valley, close to the Haldon Hills. Perhaps more to the point is that i t is
off the main road from Exeter to Plymouth, to which i t owes i ts prosperi ty as
a wool town from the 13th century onwards . Chudleigh is an ideal base for
exploring the local countryside, the Dartmoor National Park and the English
Riviera . The town has good local facili ties including shops, church, public
houses and a regarded primary school .
