Founded in 1986, Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, D.P.C. is a multi-disciplined engineering firm employing a staff of approximately 500 professionals comprised of civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental engineers, surveyors, planners, and construction inspectors. The substantial experience of our staff presents a company that is highly qualified to accomplish projects varying in size, scope or complexity.
To ensure the highest level of quality and consistency, we concentrate our services on core market sectors that reflect the strength and talent of our staff. DISASTER RECOVERY: Tectonic’s engineers understand the implications of global climate change and extreme weather events and incorporate sustainability and resiliency into each of its design projects. The firm has also become a trusted partner in helping state governments successfully implement large scale rebuilding efforts after a major storm event. It has developed programs, critical paths, and workflows for state and local agencies to successfully respond to these challenges.
ENERGY: Planning and engineering services for both private and public energy generation facilities and transmission infrastructure, pipelines, facility energy efficiency, and Smart Grid solutions for renewable and fossil fueled energy projects.
INSTITUTIONS/EDUCATION/HEALTHCARE: Complete professional services for vertical construction and site development within the institutional, educational, and healthcare sectors, for private, non-profit and for-profit foundations, public agencies, and corporations. From new facilities to expansion/modernization to support infrastructure, our professionals contribute expert guidance during all phases of the project.
