TERMS & CONDITIONS

WARRANTY : Mulligan International Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace products, at our discretion during the one year limit period from the date of purshase for one year. Normal wear or fading of these products is not considered a manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by wear and tear. This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

DISCLAIMER : From time to time, in order to improve our product offering, our products may vary in color, size, materials, design and workmanship without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS : For credit-approved accounts, we offer variable terms based on sales programs. New accounts are required to submit a Mulligan International Inc. credit application, which is available from head office or any of our representatives. Late payment will result in delay of future orders as well as the application of a finance charge. 18% per annum, 1.5% per month.

CONFIRMATION : All orders are subject to approval and confirmation as to price, quantities and availability. Order are not normally acknowledged.

CANCELLATIONS : All orders are considered firm. Cancellation of orders or changes requested after production has begun are subject to charges for work completed of a minimum of $25.

SHIPPING : All goods are shipped with standard ground service. Common carrier and express services are available upon request. Split shipments may be made and orders considered complete if Mulligan is unable to deliver the entire order. In this case, the customer waives his right to claim a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS : Cartons that are damaged must be reported immediately to the respective carrier and Mulligan International Inc. The merchandise must be inspected immediately to ascertain whether or not damage occured in transportation. Failure to report such damage within 48 hours will result in a cancellation or reduction in any possible claim.

RETURN POLICY : Before returning any mechandise, you must receive an authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Many problems encountered with bags and carts can be repaired without returning the merchandise. Please do not return any product without authorization. Return Authorization Number (RAN) are mandatory. Without the RAN, all shipments will be refused at our receiving department. The RAN must be clearly indicated on the package(s) and the carrier’s waybill. A RAN can be obtained by contacting our head office either by e-mail, fax or telephone. Please make sure that pertinent references, invoices and waybill number(s) are on hand for quick reference. Do not assume that damaged or defective merchandise will be credited. 30 days limit for RAN returns.
