This catalog contains an array of high-quality promotional items to thank you for your 2020 CUPP volunteer hours in helping your community, displaying your Local Union pride and getting the Southwest Carpenters Union brand broadcasted.

Your participation in CUPP allows our union to grow stronger and continue to work towards securing better futures for Carpenters. This was evident in the hours you volunteered to Get Out The Vote to ensure that labor friendly elected politicians were in office.

This is your personalized email that identifies your tier based on the number of hours that you volunteered in 2020. You may select one promotional item from your tier, or any tier below the one you are eligible, dependent on the tier level and hours.

Members who reach the "CUPP Champion Volunteer" status by achieving hours that place them in tier sixteen (16) will receive special instructions and additional options available to them.

Important CUPP Dates For 2021

January 1, 2021: The new CUPP volunteer period begins. The period will be from

January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. Members that volunteer a

minimum of 6 hours during this period will receive a $250.00 stipend

in July 2021. In addition, members that volunteer a minimum

of 12 hours during the entire year will be eligible to participate in

the CUPP Rewards Program and members that volunteer a

minimum of 24 hours for the year will be eligible to apply for the

Participation Has Its Benefits (PHIB) program for 2022

January 22, 2021: CUPP stipends will be direct deposited to all qualified members

January 29, 2021: CUPP stipend checks will be mailed to all qualified members who

have not signed up for direct deposit

February 3, 2021: PHIB applications will be emailed to all members who volunteered a

minimum of 24 hour in 2020

May 17, 2021: CUPP Rewards Program catalogs will be emailed to all

qualified members that are registered on the Galaxy

website. Individual emails will go out to all members who

volunteered at least 12 hours in 2020. This email will contain

information and instructions for them to choose their CUPP

Reward. The choices available are based on the number of hours

volunteered in 2020. Each qualifying member will be placed in a

tier, based on the number of hours volunteered

May 20 , 2021: Priority period for members to begin choosing their CUPP Reward

item (based on your tier) begins. The priority ordering period will

end on June 30, 2021

June 30, 2021: First CUPP period of 2021 ends

July 1, 2021: The second CUPP period of 2021 begins. The period will end on

December 31, 2021. Members that volunteer a minimum of 6 hours

during this period will receive a $250.00 stipend in January 2022

July 19, 2021: Stipends for the January 1, 2021 – June 30, 2021 CUPP

volunteer period will be sent out

July 23, 2021: The second ordering period for Members to choose their CUPP

Reward will begin. Members will receive a new email to place their

order. The period to choose your reward will end on

September 19, 2021, with items shipping in November 2021

July 30, 2021: CUPP Rewards items will begin to ship to members who ordered

during the first (priority) ordering period

December 31, 2021: The second and final CUPP volunteer period of 2021 will end
