Use Request Reimbursement and Account Balance links in the top tool bar to manage your ICHRA after January 1, 2021.

How much is HHCS making available to spend on health insurance premiums each month?
Register for access to the HRASimple portal on HRASimple.com and the portal will calculate your funding amount or click Hamilton Health Care Associates under the Organizations header and open the 2021 Associate HRA Funding Grid. Note that there are two options. There is one funding grid for full-time and a different one for part-time. Open the right grid for your status. Follow the instructions on the top of that document to determine your funding amount.
This completes Step 1.

There are many ways to shop for a health insurance policy.
The following pages provide options for assistance. There are step-by-step instructions on how to navigate HealthCare.gov/See-Plans, where most policies available to you will be displayed. Plans offered only through each insurance carriers' website may be more attractive, although fewer in number.
You can always use a Professional Broker. Brokers provide assistance by showing all your choices and helping you find the right plan.

Double click to open the appropriate State document.
Remember this website will show most of the plans available, but not all. You will not see off-Market plans offered by insurance carriers.
The good news is this site gives you a great place to start reviewing and comparing plans, with many features that help you narrow your choices.

• Click your county of residence
• Click Continue

• Click "Just you" to see questions about insuring only you.
• Click "You and other people" to see questions about insuring you, your spouse and dependents.
• If clicking “You and other people” you will be asked questions about being married and how many dependents you claim on your tax filings. Answer the questions as they apply.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: No funding is available for your spouse if they are eligible for employer-sponsored coverage. This doesn’t mean you should not insure them, if they waive the coverage being offered.

Because recipients of ICHRA funding are typically not eligible for subsidies or cost-share reductions,
entering this fictitious number helps avoid confusion.

You should see this message, “May NOT be eligible for a premium tax credit”
You should see everyone you want insured listed in this box.
Click View Full Price Plans

The button says See All Plans, but you will only see On-Marketplace plans.

Once you have found the right plan, you must apply (enroll).

Complete the enrollment questions on the application of the health insurance plan you have chosen.
The last step is usually a request for payment. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT*
You can have HRASimple make payment for you.
If you are electing to have HRASimple make your payment… you have completed Step 2: SHOP
IMPORTANT NOTE: It may be necessary for you to say you will pay via check to have an invoice/statement generated.
Just send the invoice to HRASimple for payment.
Proceed to Step 3: ATTEST
*Part-time employees must pay the entire premium and submit a receipt for reimbursement

• If you would like to make the premium payment yourself be sure to make that payment prior to January 1, 2021 so your policy will become active.
• To be reimbursed, you must submit a receipt for reimbursement.
• You must still complete the Attestation and Individual Coverage forms.
Note that reimbursement for the January premium payment is not reimbursed until the start of the ICHRA plan, which is January1, 2021. Future reimbursements will take only a few days to process. If you are choosing this option, you are encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit.

Click on Hamilton Health Care Associates under the Organization header.
Under Required Forms, you will find two forms you will need to complete:• Annual Attestation Form• Individual/Family Plan Coverage Form
You are almost done.

After you have enrolled in a qualified health insurance plan come back to the HRASimple Portal and log on.
Click on Attest in the top tool bar.

The next page will show a summary of your options
