Waqar Shah - Managing Associate, Mishcon de Reya LLP Waqar is a managing associate in Mishcon de Reya’s Tax Disputes team. He specialises in all forms of tax disputes resolution, including litigation before the Tribunals and Courts, and various forms of mediation with HMRC. Recently, the Tax Disputes team has had experience advising media personalities of their position under the Off-Payroll Working Rules, which included a successful ADR meeting with HMRC.
