    2020 Keeneland Fall Stakes Schedule

  • All horses must have a negative Coggins test dated less than one year prior to date of arrival. This certificate must ac-company the health certificate on arrival to Keeneland.

    The rules of racing adopted by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, in effect at the time the race is run, govern all races run under the auspices of the Keeneland Association, Inc.

    Every person entering a horse in a race to be run under these rules agrees to ac-cept the decision of the Stewards on any question relating to a race or racing.

    Entries to these stakes are received only with the understanding that the officers of Keeneland reserve the right to refuse the entry, or the acceptance of a transfer of any entry, for any cause and without notice to the subscriber.

    Nominations are made with the under-standing that said nomination does not assure stall space for horse nominated. Application for stable space must be made to, and approved by Keeneland.

    Keeneland reserves the right to cancel any event without notice at any time prior to the actual running thereof, with-out liability, except for the return of the entrance money.

    In making this application for employ-ment or to otherwise participate in Thoroughbred racing, it is understood that an investigative report may be made whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with third parties, such as family members, business associ-ates, financial sources, friends, neighbors, or others with whom you are acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to your character, general reputation, per-sonal characteristics, and mode of living,

    which may be applicable. You have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time for a complete and accurate disclosure of additional information concerning the nature and scope of the investigation.

    Keeneland may televise or authorize or license the televising of certain horse racing to be conducted in its racing plant from time to time. Accordingly, it hereby reserves television rights, whether in connection with any race, preparations thereof, ceremonies or proceedings thereafter, or training at the track. This application is accepted on the condition that, if required, consent is hereby given, and the owner, jockey, trainer, groom and all other employees of the owner coming within the view of the television picture hereby agree to sign and deliver to Keeneland upon demand releases permitting such television and the exhi-bition thereof.

Weight: 122 lbs. The Darley Alcibiades has been selected as one of the Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" Challenge Races. The nominated winner of the Darley Alcibiades will be entitled to automatic entry into the 2020 running of the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Division race division, nominated winner will be entitled to have pre-entry and entry fees waived for the Juvenile Fillies Division or will receive a credit equal to theJuvenile Fillies Division pre-entry and entry fee amount towards any other Breeders' Cup Championship race, and all horses will be entitled to receive a travel stipend if traveling from a base located outside the state of Kentucky. To be eligible for the 2020 Breeders' Cup World Championships held at Keeneland on November 6 and 7, 2020, all horses must be pre-entered by noon (local standard time at the designated place of pre-entry) on Monday, October 26, 2020. Winner must be nominated by pre-entry deadline to receive Challenge rewards. All Challenge winners are subject to out-of-competition testing by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and/or BCL. All runners are subject to out-of-competition testing by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and/or BCL. Breeders' Cup Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to postpone, discontinue, amend or change the conditions of all or any part of the Breeders' Cup Challenge "Win and You're In" race program. Certain finishing positions in this race will earn points to qualify for the 2021 Kentucky Oaks, pursuant to the official rules for the Kentucky Oaks published by Churchill Downs Incorporated. The maximum number of starters for the Darley Alcibiades will be limited to fourteen with two also eligibles. In the event that more than fourteen fillies pass the entry box, the fourteen starters will be determined at that time by fillies that have finished first, second or third in a graded stakes, non-restricted stakes winners then highest non-restricted earnings. For Two Year Olds under International Medication Protocol. Horses nominated or entered to compete shall not be eligible to receive furosemide less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to post time for the race. Starters to be named through the entry box by usual time of closing. A Keeneland trophy cup will be presented to the owner of the winner. A silver julep cup will be presented to the winning trainer and jockey. The owner of the winner will receive a 2021 non-transferable no guarantee season to Midshipman. The breeder of the winner will receive a 2021 non-transferable no guarantee season to Street Boss. The first four finishers in the Darley Alcibiades will automatically be nominated to the 2021 Ashland Stakes, as far as nomination fee.
