2. Ensure that all pronunciations of presenters are understood in advance and loaded into script in phonetic

spelling, not actual spelling

4. Ensure that AV Production company has all videos for all awards ready to go prior to start of ceremonies

5. Constantly communicate with judge adviser to ensure that all awards and scripts are done well in advance of
