Bar set up fee is $50/hour with a 4 hour minimum. You are welcome to choose a cash bar, hosted bar, or hosted drink tickets. Hyland Hills only serves beer or wine. No hard alcohol. No outside alcohol is allowed in thechalet. Please request a full bar menu if this service is needed.

Catering PoliciesGuarantee: In order to best serve you, a guaranteed attendance number is required 10 business days inadvance of the function. Once the guarantee is confirmed, the number can be increased butnever decreased. Tax & Service Charge: A 20 percent taxable service charge, plus a combined 7.25 percent state, local & federal salestax will be applied to all food, beverage and rental items. Serving Time: Buffets and late night snacks will be left out for 1 hour. Utensils: All pricing includes complementary compostable napkins, utensils, and plates or china plates. Leftovers: For the health and safety of our customers, and for liability reasons, we do not packageleftover food for our clients. Pricing: All prices are subject to change.
