What?APNA’s annual National Conference is the largest conference for primary health care nurses, including general practice nurses, in Australia. The Conference encompasses:

Sponsor a nurse to attendEach year many nurses miss out on the opportunity of an APNA national conference due to lack of funds. This year we want (with your help) to get as many of the nurses to Sydney. For $500 per nurse you can support a nurse in need get to the conference. Our ‘Sponsor a nurse fund’ will allow

nurses suffering financial hardship, students or those from a rural or remote area get to the conference.

• Your name attributed in Conference Handbook

• Referenced as a contributor on the APNA website

Contact & BookingsTo book your preferred package, complete and return the booking form to Baldwin Consulting Group or APNA.

The Fine PrintAll packages must be paid in full within 30 days of booking. Sponsorship will be confirmed only upon full payment of your invoice. Alternative payment options may be discussed with APNA.

No sponsor or exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their booking, except upon prior written consent from APNA. Penalties will apply.

APNA reserves the right to alter the floor plan and/or relocate any exhibition space without notice.

Cancellation PolicyAll cancellation and refund requests must be in writing and received prior to February 1, 2020.

A service fee of 50% of the total fee applies for cancellations and refunds before February 1, 2020.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date for any reason.

All refunds due will be reimbursed after the conference date.
