DAY 2

Putting a jigsaw puzzle together without reference to a picture is very difficult and leads to wasted effort. Strategic Planning is about creating the picture or ‘vision’ so that your procurement team has a roadmap to follow. It is about making important choices so that the activities and effort that follow will be directed appropriately toward the right goals and ultimately toward achieving greater influence in your organization. All of us, regardless of role, likely aspire to have greater influence.

Monitoring the day-by-day, hour-by-hour, or minute-by-minute pulse of a supply chain could potentially bring significant operational and business benefits to your school. Learn how to apply Big Data analytics to supply chain operations in order to obtain deeper insights into how your digital information flows are supporting your customers.

Christina Wyrick Michigan Regional NAEP President Michigan State University
