EVENT OVERVIEWIn February 2019, LUMINE Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community will be hosting the Costa Daurada International Pro-Am, as part of the Costa Daurada Golf Festival. The official PGAs of Europe sanctioned event will take place over 4 days and will consist of a practice round followed by the 3 round team event using the best 2 scores from 4. Professionals will participate in an Individual 54 hole strokeplay event.
PACKAGE INFORMATIONProfessionals will be free of charge when accompanied by 3 amateur partners based on shared accommodation with a member of their team.
All Professionals must be a member of a recognised PGA, or a member of a tour recognised by the International Golf Federation.

- 5 nights sharing a double room at SOL Port Cambrils

- Prize Giving Lunch with drinks at LUMINE Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community

- Complimentary use of all practice facilities throughout the event at designated times
- Official practice round on Thursday 7th February
- Entry to Costa Daurada International Pro-Am – Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th
- Shared golf carts for all 4 rounds of golf, Professionals will be allowed to ride in golf carts for all rounds
ADDITIONAL ROOM NIGHTS:
Additional nights’ accommodation can be arranged at rates of €57.50 per person
based on a single occupancy and €34.50 for a double occupancy. Both rates include
breakfast and all taxes. Additional rounds of golf can be booked at a rate of €60 per
round on either the Lakes or Hills course. These rates will be available after initial
registration for the tournament has been received and confirmed.

The Pro-Am will have a €20,000 Euro prize fund. For every additional team an extra €500 will be added into the prize fund.
Once the fully completed entry form has been submitted to [email protected] , return email will be sent showing the breakdown of the team entry along with bank details for the bank transfer and a reference number which must be quoted in the transaction.
Within 10 working days of receiving the breakdown and bank transfer details; teams are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of the Pro-Am Package Fee.
Only on receipt of this fee and proof of transfer will your team be reserved a spot in the Pro-Am and you will receive an email confirming this.
All Pro-Am fees will be charged in the local currency – Euro.
The remaining 50% of the entry fee is required to be paid by Friday 11th January 2019.
The Pro-Am Fee can only be paid by bank transfer.
Once the full amount of the entry fee has been received then the team registration will be considered complete and the team will be confirmed.
Failure to pay the outstanding 50% of the entry fee by Friday 12th January will result in the reserved team space being cancelled.
Substitute competitors will be accepted upon written notification (via email) and an accompanying entry form with all of the required amateur or Professional information.
Written cancellations of registration (via email) after 12th January 2019 and up to 2nd February 2019 can be accepted. In such case, and providing the full package fee has been received the participants will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total package fee.
Any cancellations made after 2nd February 2019 will not be eligible for a refund.
An amateur failing to provide proof of handicap prior to the tournament commencing will not be eligible to a refund.
LUMINE Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community are not responsible for any additional charges that may occur for the bank transfers for the Pro-Am Package fees or for any part refunds for teams cancelling, if any charges are occurred they will be subtracted from the refund total.
