One Christmas Tree per authorization. *Christmas Trees are for personal use and may not be sold, traded, bartered, or otherwise transferred. *Christmas Tree cutters must be signed into the correct area: Richardson Training Areas: TA 401, 402, 403, 404, or 405 *You may sign in to up to 2 training areas at the same time. Do not include training areas you'll just drive through. *All tree cutters must have a valid iSportsman Recreation Permit and Christmas Tree Authorization. Tree cutters must be signed in and report their harvest when signing out. The person whose name appears on the permit must be present at the time of harvest. Family members and guests are not required to have a separate recreation permit or be signed in separately when accompanying permittee for Christmas Tree cutting. This is NOT an authorization to harvest firewood. PROTECT OUR TROOPS AND THEIR TRAINING ENVIRONMENT - No trees taller than 20 feet may be cut. TOPPING IS PROHIBITED. Stumps must be cut to within 6 inches of the ground. - Inspect the entire trunk of your tree and be certain it is free of insect damage, and has healthy, green needles. - Do not fall trees into the roadway, leave debris lying in roadways or on trails, or otherwise block traffic at any time. - No ATVs/ORVs may be used in this area. - No access is authorized beyond locked gates or across railroads. - ABSOLUTELY NO tree cutting or access to tree cutting areas is authorized in/through Restricted/Fenced areas. - Absolutely No activity that interferes with operation/maintenance/security of gates, fenceline, or roadway is authorized. - Dispose of used trees in authorized locations only.
