Step 1: Complete either Tap Series® Food Safety Manager online course at www.tapseries.com or ServSafe ® Manager online course at www.servsafe.com. Step 2: Print your Tap Series ® Food Safety Manager or ServSafe ® Manager online course record of training. Step 3: Submit Tap Series ® Food Safety Manager or ServSafe ® Manager online course record of training, completed exam registration form, and $70.00 fee to Medina County Health Department. Step 4: Attend scheduled exam session. Students must receive a score of 75% or higher in order to receive Ohio Department of Health Level Two certification in food protection.
