BREAKING NEW GROUND WITH EAGLE COUNTY SCHOOLS

On May 30, 2019, Habitat Vail Valley broke ground on a new neighborhood at Grace Avenue in Gypsum. The 2.3-acre parcel of land was donated by Eagle County Schools and will be home to 12 new Habitat families. Through the workforce housing partnership, Habitat will give preference in its family selection process to Eagle County Schools applicants.

The first six families that will call Grace Avenue home are currently completing their sweat equity hours and will move into their new homes in Summer 2020.
