As the name implies, this innovative coating provides for a struc-tured, hard and especially tough finish. The Zambelli roof drainage elements thereby receive a consistent color and gloss,being scratch- and color-resistant.

Special durability and highest corrosion protection distinguish theZambelli System. The innovative advantage: all accessories for allversion – galvanized steel or color coating robust – are made withthe same pre-coated material.

Galvanized steel has proved its durable corrosion protection and maximum resistance in the sector of metal sheet work. A roof drai-nage system made out of galvanized steel absorbs high wind and snow loads. Furthermore, the length expansion is less compared to systems produced out of zinc, copper, etc.

Not only the material is the first class!

We had to develop particular manufacturing technologies in order to produce the complete Zambelli Master system out of pre-galvanized steel. By doing so, we can guarantee a uniform surface in our entire Master system and fulfil the highest de-

mands on quality and durability. Moreover, we will abstain from hot dip galvanizing with immediate effect which, in turn, pro-tects the environment and, therefore, makes our roof drainage products even more sustainable.

A VISIBLEDIFFERENCE!

The unobtrusive seam on the backside is produced by means of a special welding process. The corrosion protection, therefore, remains.

Our galvanized Master elbow is directly drawn from the seamed pipe. The Master elbow with its interior seam is therefore com-pletely identical to the downpi-pes in optic and design.

Lift out the ‘security tab’ (a bead connector is the perfect tool.

Mount the guttter connector to the back edge of the gutter first,and then pull it down and toward the front.

Match the rubber seal to the notch at the rear of theGutter connector, leaving a small tongue to the front.

Hook the ‘claw’ of the gutter connector over the bead and snap it closed while pressing against the inside of the bead. Press closed the security tab with a thumb.

Push the bead connector in up to the fixing point. (Not required for repairs)Leave a 5mm gap between gutters to allow for expansion.
