4. Ageisat3February2018.OpentoSNZregisteredcompetitiveswimmers,apartfromclubevents9,10,17,18,31&32whichareopentoSNZregistered“clubswimmers”only.Heatsforclubeventswillbecappedtothetop14swimmersineachandribbonswillbeawarded.

5. ParaswimmersareeligibletocompeteatthismeetandmustpresenttheirclassificationcardtotheRefereepriortothecommencementofthemeet.

6. Eventswillbeswumasopentimedfinalsbutmedalswillbeawardedtothefirstthreeplace-gettersinthefollowingagegroups:9&U,10-11,12-13,14-15and16&over.4th-7thplaceswillreceivearibbon.Therewillbemedalpresentationsafterevents12&32andattheendofeachsession.Asamegenderrepresentativemaystandintocollectamedaliftherecipientisunavailable.

7. Event39&40:ChampionofChampions(7fastestswimmersfromEvents29&30compete).AtrophyisawardedtothefirstcompetitiveWairarapaswimmerineachevent.(Ifaswimmerfromoutsidetheregionwins,theyshallbeawardedamedalfor1stplace).

8. Maximumsessionlength3.5hours–includes25minwarmup.

17. Programmesavailableatcostof$2persession.18. Theorganiserswillnotbeliableforanylossor

damageduringtheperiodofthemeet.Allparticipantsmustagreetocomplywiththesport’santi-dopingrules.

19. Theorganisersreservetherighttoamendtheprogrammeifnecessary,andtorestrictentries

20. Participantswhohaveenteredthiseventagreetoallowimages(e.g.photography,video,etc.)tobetakenbyaccreditedmediaapprovedbySwimmingWellington.ImagesareonlytobeusedforlegitimatepurposesbySwimmingWellingtonorhostclubinaccordancewiththeSNZMemberProtectionPolicy.
